Description of the Project
The proponent plans to out up a business named “Golden Smoked Fish”. “Golden”
comes from the product, because when it is finished the color of this becomes gold. “Smoked” because
the product will be processed by smoking and using sawdust. “Fish is the raw material of “TINAPA”
like the tamban and galunggong. The proponent decided to choose this name for the purpose of identifying the business. It
will also give [reference in the project that the interested market would easily recognized and remember the enterprise of
smoked fish.
